The new Performing Arts Center systems are installed and ready for use.

We are now preparing the six operator training sessions included with the project. These sessions will give your team hands-on experience with the venue’s audio, lighting, wireless microphone, and overall event-operation workflows.

Please enter your information below and choose the date and time that works best for you for each training session. We will use everyone’s responses to finalize the schedule.

SESSION 1

System Overview & Daily Operation

Introduction to the complete Performing Arts Center system, including normal startup and shutdown, basic signal flow, daily operating procedures, system organization, and safe equipment use.
SESSION 2

Audio Console & Stage Inputs

Hands-on training with the audio mixing console, stage inputs, channel setup, gain, routing, basic EQ, mute functions, and common event audio workflows.
SESSION 3

Wireless Microphones & Audio Workflow

Training on wireless microphone operation, microphone assignment, batteries, receiver monitoring, basic troubleshooting, feedback prevention, and preparing microphones for events.
SESSION 4

Lighting Console & House Lighting

Introduction to the lighting console, house lighting control, fixture selection, intensity, color, presets, palettes, cues, and normal lighting operation.
SESSION 5

Stage Lighting & Event Programming

Hands-on stage lighting training covering moving fixtures, colors, positions, looks, cue creation, event programming, and practical lighting workflows for performances and presentations.
SESSION 6

Full System Workflow & Troubleshooting

A complete event workflow using the audio and lighting systems together, including startup, event preparation, operation, shutdown, common troubleshooting, basic recovery procedures, and final questions.
